The Promise of Things to Come

After more baking and sorting things ready for tomorrow's coffee morning we both spent some time weeding and tidying in the garden. It's not perfect but looking better.

I had a look at the Japanese Anemone as I had seen Viewpoint's blip yesterday of the flowers on her plants. I found a couple of buds. This was a new plant that I bought last year from a grower who sometimes comes to the market on a Friday. His plants always look very good and he grows them all himself.
