Out and about

Cycling this morning with the Wednesdays, but the weather was awful yesterday so it was the Thursdays. Everyone was keen to hear about our holiday. Great ride with a very speedy last 10 miles. I think they all wanted to get home for their tea.

A quick nip into fatclub to learn I only put 1 pound on over the holiday. Yeah!

Then out this eveni g with my old school work mates. Great yo catch up. It was a special evening as they were saying farewell to J (middle) as she resigned at the very end of term
