Bushcraft

Tony opened the door to the postman this morning and came down to me in the kitchen with a bemused look on his face as well as a parcel.  'What have you been ordering from Ray Mears' Bushcraft?'  I tried to persuade him that it was a serious skinning knife, needed if the supermarkets went on strike or a camouflage hide to avoid unwanted callers, but he was having none of it.  Apparently Ray Mears carries one of these Swedish berry pickers in his rucksack (along with all the other essential survival gear necessary on the commute in to work!) so it must be good.....and it is!  What a pity I didn't discover it a week ago when we began hand picking the blackcurrants.  Now I just need to remember where it is so that I remember we have it next year and remember to use it to make life a lot easier!  Wonder if it works on those dastardly gooseberries?!
