Lunch with Scott today to calm down after the most appalling customer service as a potential new client I have ever experienced. Thank goodness I didn't agree to letting them in my home. Needless to say, definitely not going to ever use or recommend Damzel Cleaning Services. What a horrific way to speak to new customers, or just humans in general.
