Buffalo soldier

Today we drove over the border into the USA to collect Kristin. After much commenting on various negative aspects of American society, namely Trump and over officious immigration officers, we have had our faith in the American people (mostly) restored. Americans, you've been great.

We've spent a lot of today walking around, exploring Buffalo, getting lost, eating American style and getting accidentally sunburnt.

Picked Kristin up this evening and drove back across to Canada. Trying to fit four years of catching up into one evening with three people who shut down at 9pm was never going to be the greatest success. Thankfully we've got plenty of time to do all that over the next few days.
