Misty and her friend enjoyed swimming and paddling in Crummock Water today, or rather Misty swam and her friend paddled.  Misty met a collie called Pip who looked just like her and it was his second birthday, so we all wished him happy birthday.   We also bumped into a lovely Welsh Springer who I used to look after when I did the home boarding business, so good to see him and chat to his owners.  Another in Extras.  

Not much of a sunset tonight.  Went to Bowness and saw a few people on the marsh with tripods, no doubt they would be disappointed.  I spotted the cows approaching the car park, so turned around and went to Port Carlisle.  Hoped I might get another sighting of the otter, but didn't  Now that the sun is setting an hour earlier, there's so many more people around.
