Orthotics

After about 3 years of experiencing foot burning whilst running I made an appointment at Sidas. They are a podiatrist in Kendal. The burning didn't happen all the time. I had tried various sock combos and still was there.
Apparently I walk as if my toes are trying to grab the ground. Custom orthotics made and hope it does the job. Brilliant staff.
