Cycling At The Bike Shop

Bike Shop Nick is doing rather well at triathlons, winning an event in his category last week. Well done Nick. Its not surprising when you see him training. 

This is an insight into his working day at the bike shop. Mind you, he can get away with it  'cos he's the boss.

The hardest thing about cycling training machines, I reckon, is the monotony and having to stick at it for an hour. Perhaps I should invest in one. I'm tempted. But would it end up as a clothes horse.
