Totem

You wouldn't expect to find a totem pole in a traditional French village, but we have some installation art down one of the wee lanes.  Mostly it is deconstructed bicycles and other machinery, but the totem pole has been there a good long while and has recently had a lick of paint.  It does stand vertically, it just looked better to me tilted across the frame.  A quiet day, the insurers have appointed an assessor to decide if and at what cost our caravan can be repaired after the hailstone damage.
