Rosehips

The rosehips are bountiful just now, makes me think of autumn, although we have had a wonderful sunny and warm day.

Had lunch with girlfriends, then came back and did a small ironing and then sat out on the deck for a while, enjoying the weather.  The garden is beautiful just now and it is such a pleasure to spend time there.

Last evening the family arrived round unexpectedly after having been out for a meal, a treat from the kids to Gary.  It was lovely to have a good chat, everyone is so busy nowadays and with Andrew and Katy in Glasgow it is hard for everyone to get together, so we have to enjoy it when we can.  Brilliant evening.
