Peace

Woke to very sad news about a colleague's mother, then another office day. Skype call about arrangements for this week-end's symposium ended the day-its going to be interesting and challenging I think.
V and I both feeling tired and run down-I have no excuse having had a good holiday but desperate just to collapse into bed with a hot toddy. Home to unpack properly and move back into my own room now C&T have departed to explore Northumberland (leaving me these beautiful flowers)
Glad that tomorrow will be a real catch up day and hoping to finally get back on top of everything-too optimistic? I suspect so!
