They're still repairing the power line into the main block at school. So we're still running our sewage, lights, internet, network, appliances etc off a generator.

Because of our alarm system it's best to run the generator 24/7. I do truly feel sympathy for our neighbors who have had to live with that for the past 6 days! However, there is silence at the end of the tunnel. The contractor tells me power should be restored by tomorrow night. Yay!
