Dad

I have flown up to Auckland and then driven up to Dads today.
I was desperate to see how he was after his four days in hospital since having a mild stroke.

He is doing really well!

Seems like he was lucky and is not going to have any major issues with mobility or speech etc.
His left side is weaker and I can tell that when he walks and how he holds his body.
Yesterday his speech was very slurred but today it is minimal.

Here he is up in the kitchen cooking me some fresh Snapper that my brother dropped off!

I'll be here until Monday.
