Is the Heating on?

Gosh I am so cold, please put the Heating on Mum, please :)

It say's on the Thermometer "18, Turn your Heating up", but how can we, we don't have Central Heating, we have Night Storage Heaters.

Mum doesn't think it's cold enough to light a fire.
Never mind, I'm sure I won't freeze!!!!
