Citadel of Namur

Fleur and I planned a weekend in the Ardennes, without the monkeys. It is a gastronomical weekend in an excellent place near Rochefort. We leave on Friday afternoon and try to visit already something in the neighborhood.
This one is shot in the Citadel in Namur where there are many underground corridors that were used to defend the city against attacks. Underground where it is constantly 13° C and very chilly, there were also the bedrooms where the soldiers stayed, also during the second World War. There is still a bed, even though I am not sure if it is from that time. At least it looks uncomfortably scary this way. The Citadel will also be used for a halloween tour...underground...
