Dinner and bike

We had dinner with neighbours tonight. I got force fed so much food, I was so miserable. I don't get why people have to do that. All part of the culture :(

R's 13 year old friend came over and asked R to teach her how to cycle. She'd never been on a bike before. The 3 of us must have looked quite a sight running/cycling-ish up and down the road laughing lots.
