MM185 ~ OLD

This is Ted E. Bear. He belonged to my mom. He is sitting in a rocking chair that was her fathers childhood chair. He was born in 1896, so I think this fits the theme quite nicely.

Mom showed us one day that she could still sit in the chair. Mind you, she was only 80 pounds soaking wet and 4' 6". Just the size of a large child. Me, on the other hand....

Busy day today. Spent some time on the table, took my picture, added to my journal and now I have to get cleaned up to go with a friend to IKEA. She is looking for something specific, I am just going along for fun.

Passing by Ted everyday brings up wonderful memories and makes me grateful to have these treasures from my family.
