Craft Time

Butterfly spent ages this afternoon with craft stuff and putting ribbons in her mammoth before moving on to making herself a necklace (which I am wearing in the Blip shot). She had her hair  in plaits so that she could wear her helmet while cycling in the morning.
She did amazingly well considering that we went over 3 miles round a lake (it nearly killed me!) on a cinder path.
Despite the building clouds it stayed dry (and warm) which required ice-cream treats at the end. 

I haven't seen any acorns in our woods but there were some crackers growing round the lake - and some even more impressive oak apples.
Thistle down and teasels  are always worth attempting to shoot.
