Cadaques Companionship

One of the nice things about blip is not knowing what photo you're going to end up putting on and today's no exception. It was a bright sunshiny day in Cadaques with Mediterranean blues all around and my mother-in-law Jean here with us, and yet it was this shot in muted colours that got on blip!

The Casino cafe in Cadaques is a real meeting point for locals and tourists alike. It's open all day and is just as comfortable for morning coffee as it is for an aperitif or a late night stop. I liked the quiet companionship of these three local gents enjoying their papers together.
