Rose Hips

Our wild garden grows ever more wild by the day and these rose hips will need cutting back soon, as it's difficult to get past them to the bird feeders. It's possible, of course, to use them to make rosehip syrup or even rosehip and apple jelly, but I'm not sure that the quantities and/or my culinary skills will be sufficient for the task.
