Smardale Gill.

This is a Scotch Argus butterfly and I managed to get a photo of it.  We saw a roe deer but I couldn't get a photo.
The weather was cloudy and a very cold wind more like winter than August. We got a shower as well. The extra is Smardale Viaduct and one of the old railway line. Hope you have all had better weather than us.
