Today's picture is brought to you by "Dinner That's Not Sitting Quite Right". Yes folks, that's right - the next time YOU want to wake up in time to see the sunrise we recommend "Chicken Bhuna With Pakora and A Naan".

It wasn't so bad. Nothing that Andrew's Health Salts and a few decent burps couldn't take care of. And anyway, the boys were loving it, hanging out with me and getting their catty breakfast extra early.

Mind you, I would have preferred a late sleep. We had some very late night road-works last night. There were pneumatic drills going right outside our front door after 10pm. Some sort of gas emergency apparently.

Which is rather a coincidence because, as I said, that's what woke me up early too. Oh well, there's always afternoon naps to be had.
