Powell's

We spent an afternoon at the ultra-crowded Powell's Books in Portland. This is simply THE BEST bookstore in the WORLD. If you have one to rival this please let me know. This is a complete city block of books. scribbler, if you are reading this, I was looking for you. If you weren't there, I'm pretty sure you were the only Portlander not there. When we checked out, the line wound from the registers, out above the Orange Room, and back through the Blue Room. Now that's a lot of people wanting their books!
