Had a nice run today in my recently purchased thermal running pants and hat. Very cosy they are too! It amazes me though the number of drivers who slow down to stare as if you're loopy, just cos the weather's a bit rubbish. Weird.

Not that I'm a hardcore runner or anything - just as long as I get out often enough to keep the flab under control during the winter I will be happy, then when the light nights return I can step up my routine a bit. A friend and I have also talked about doing the Race For Life this year so that should be a good motivator for me :)
