Saturday
Took a trip to the Modern Art Gallery this afternoon. I hadn't been for a long time. This is in the grounds outside as part of the exhibition 'Now build'. An area for children to play and inside they have an art room that children can re create some of the work in the gallery.
I saw a room full of 'places of worship' made out of cardboard. Quite impressive.
My anxiety got the better of me today. It started in the supermarket, where I struggled with the noise and the amount of people, dodging trolleys and lots of queues.
Thought the gallery would be a perfect place, quiet. It was quiet but the anxiety was still there. Ended up having to leave to get fresh air. My breathing was shallow and I was struggling.
Home and slept for a few hours. I am still feeling it, butterfly feeling in my stomach and still the shallow breathing.
