Marmalade stage 3

Not content with just ordinary marmalade we had to go out yesterday and buy more oranges etc for specialist marmalade!
Also the governor decided that the aluminium jam pan we've had for nearly 40 years is unhealthy (can't remember why he-he) and we need a new stainless steel one.
This marmalade's getting expensive.

Done today's lot in little jars with all different single malts added - sounds like a real Scot's breakfast coming up, porridge, arbroath smokies and whisky marmalade.
