A pretty good day overall. 

Spent the morning on some interesting site visits to some of my favourite buildings. Nipped down to the Food and Drink Festival at lunchtime and bumped into a former work colleague Paul who I haven't seen for ages. We ended up going to a cafe for a major catch-up.

Tied up some loose ends in the office in advance of a long weekend and then off to buy some hydrangeas and planters for the side of the garage.

Then 45 minutes on the treadmill bringing up my daily steps to 21,000 and my 5-day step total to close on 106,000. Hopefully it will be enough for the current Fitbit challenge.
