Remains of the day

I was a bit sluggish in the morning after a late night at the festivities in Perpignan. It was 30 degrees even at 10pm. It didn't stop me going to the early morning yoga session but then the rest of the day was spent trying to find cool spots to get out of the heat.  I spent some of the afternoon sitting in a chair on the tiled floor of the garage/utility room with the doors open onto the courtyard.  Finally the heat subsided a bit and I went out for an evening stroll.
