Rule of thirds

I went hunting down a suitable 'rule of thirds' capture on my bike this morning for  #30daysofcomposition. This isn't a great example of the rule but I like the view. In extras is the pic I've posted as my RoT Instagram effort - 3 portaloos stranded in the middle of a very empty field!

Got some more difficult news when I phoned my dad to see how my step mum was after her operation. She's still very poorly and dad is beside himself. L is in good hands though and is being really well looked after. I have everything crossed that she starts to pick up soon.
