The Tattoo.....

Another frustrating day of heavy showers.
First off had to bring in the spring calving cows as a couple of them have had their teats badly chewed by flies. Treated them all with pour on fly repellent and kept the 2 with sore teats inside until they heal up.
Spent the rest of the day hauling more weaned calves out to fields.
Then a wee 2 bike rodeo to bring in a heifer that was needing calved. A big healthy ,live heifer calf when we finished so worth while !
A family trip to Edinburgh Castle tonight to attend the Military Tattoo. Well worth going even though it was a late night.
