Trifle....just like his mom used to make!

Upcoming BBQ party had us searching for a quick, easy, light and cool dessert. My sweetie was missing this dessert from his childhood so we whipped up a few batches. He really enjoyed decorating the top of the whipped cream with fresh fruit - but most of all he enjoyed the quality control taste testing as we made 1 for home and 1 for the BBQ.
