Sore arms

The girls had trampolining this morning. Daughter #2 had had her friend over for a sleepover last night and daughter #1 had had a sleepover at her friend's. I've no idea what time she went to bed but when I saw her at trampoling club, she looked absolutely knackered. Neither were too keen on going kayaking. Both claimed they were too tired and daughter #2 said that her arms were very sore after trampolining. They both went kayaking in the end. Hubby and I picked them up late afternoon and we went to Kingston and had tea and cakes.
My son went to the cinema with his friends.
