The Mighty Is Fallen

Powerful wind gusts continue to batter the town. I walked round the village (Dallington) and saw a number of big branches down and some fences too.

This is part of an ancient conker tree that's fallen across an old ironstone wall. It brought down a cable too, so hopefully everyone will keep clear until it has been made safe.
