Fantastic news from Wisconsin

Grandson Ben and his team have won the first event in the CROSSFIT games in Madison.    Give a cheer and urge them on.  They won the European Games in Madrid earlier this summer - can't believe how fit and strong they are.  I believe it is tougher than IRON MAN trials.  My daughters and granddaughter are there to cheer them on - will be hoarse already I expect!
