I'm told this is a 'boat-end Austin 7', and quite fascinating it is too. One of the staff at the venue said the maintenance man has quite a collection of old cars, and on fine days runs them to work. Essentially a box on wheels with an engine and brakes. Rear view mirror and indicators look decidedly retrofitted.
