Eastern Amberwing

Between errands I stopped at one of the parks in town looking for something wild to blip.  I immediately spotted several of these tiny colorful dragonflies flying just above the surface of the pond.  This one was kind enough to land on a rock for me but he wouldn't turn around.  Maybe this is his best side. ;-)  Many thanks to Cailleach for hosting Wild Wednesdays!

Thank you to everyone for your comments and stars yesterday and today!  No more time for Blip tonight.  We have to leave in a few minutes to meet my brother, sil, and sister for dinner.  Then the girls and my nieces will be coming to my house for craft night.   I'll try to catch up with all of you tomorrow!
