Houseleek

Houseleek has an interesting Latin name - Sempervivum meaning 'always living' it also has many medicinal properties which I didn't know of.

It showed me its first blossom before we left for holiday and now it is sharing its last beautiful blossoms with me. These star shaped flowers are indeed beautiful.
