Off they go

It is pigeon racing season again.  Time for the young birds to find their way home as quickly as possible.  Once released, they gather in a flock, circle some more before setting off - hopefully in the right direction!  And amongst them there may be a future champion.
The filters haven't done much to progress the shot.  This is 'dark contrasts' which certainly added drama to the sky.  I can't remember it being as bad as the blip suggests.
