Happy retirement

After almost 37 years with EY I took early retirement today. Still managed to sign 9 sets of accounts. Nice words said about me at my retirement presentation and they also played a 40 minute video of colleagues and clients talking about me. Presented me with a fantastic bike., framed photo and gift voucher. All very emotional - I have worked with many of these people for years so am leaving some great friends. Left at lunchtime.

A and R kept me busy in the afternoon with visit to the Lavender farm ( where the sunflowers were spectacular) followed by top golf. Quite a day.
