The man in the Hat

Why is it that wherever I stand somebody in a big hat stands in front of me!
An event in the Ross Bandstand today had folk rocking in the aisles as they belted out classic rock anthems....and it wasn't training at the time either!
There is a social enterprise festival /sustainability event on, today and tomorrow, lots of nice food, sustrans, cyrenians and others. Very low key and worth supporting if you are in the area.
