Last rose

It's the only remaining rose in my garden. I do hope it isn't the last of the year. Mind you, today has not felt much like Summer.

Furbie went to her favourite vet, Jamie, for her annual check up. He was pleased with her and she behaved beautifully, apart from being noisy in the waiting room.

We haven't had the heavy rain or thunder yet - but it's been gloomy.

I returned to the gym today. Exercise bike and upper body weights. I'm a bit sore but that's hardly surprising !
