Earl Grey on Grey Street

We headed out to the theatre to see a Ruth Rendell thriller this evening. We parked as usual at work & walked through town to the theatre giving me the opportunity to take a blip on my phone on the way. This is the Earl Grey monument in the centre of Newcastle. He has a magnificent view down the top of Grey Street & it's magnificent Georgian buildings.
