Last ever first day.

And I'm not particularly sad about it! Didn't enjoy the early start, but did really appreciate the lovely blue sky on the walk from the train station to the hospital. Had a pretty good day, really full on, and my brain was really struggling to keep up, but I got there in the end! Learnt so much just from one day, and I'm a little scared about how much I still have to learn, but I'm enjoying it all the same :-)
