Unbelieveable

On a family journey to Scotland. Meeting some longtime friend blippers on our way.

We surpriced Lali and visited her as she was busy in duty. Fortunately she had short time for us and it so nice to chat - and also to be able to quickly learn how the distillery works. Lovely soup and warm sandwiches in the Kingsbarn distillery cafe.
My daughter did take the photo of Lali and me ;)

Our journey started as we woke up at 3am from Tampere. Hubby drove us first TRE-HKI 180km. Then a straight flight to Edinburgh. With a rental car 350... first to Kinsbarn distillery then to St. Andrews and Falkland after which to Kinloch Rannoch (almost a crush with a huge deer). Across the highlands laughter and a tear (my Canon pocket camera dropped and broke). Huge amount of moors and sheeps...

After 22hours travelling we found our way to Inverness.

Rental flat for two first nights is neat, luxorious almost, but only in same price than 2 hotelrooms for 4 persons would have cost.

Despite of that moose sized deer and my broken dear camera, I feel happy and relaxed about the journey. I never could have done this alone: Hubby is my braveheart.
