Our garden - September

I bliped our garden in August and thought it would be interesting to do it once a month to see how it changes. Things have started to die back and the trees are a little less green but some of the flowers are still giving a bright display.

We had a busy day today; we went off to the car dealer to order a part for the car and on the way saw an accident on the Edinburgh by-pass. All the traffic slowed down because of a slow vehicle in the first lane and a chap on a motorbike had to put his brake on a bit sharp and locked the front and he came off. Landed flat on his back and did not move for a moment. We were just a few cars behind. Rich stopped the car in the middle of the by-pass (all the traffic was stopped by now) and got out to see if the chap was okay, he was just winded and was okay. Rich and another chap helped him pick up the bike and we all got over to the side to see if he needed any further help. Bit of a shock first thing in the morning! I am just very pleased the chap was okay, his bike was a bit broken but not too bad.
