The Lido

Stumbled across the best ever Lido. We are not great fans of the blue compulsory swimming hats but we complied when we needed too ...

Many swimming pools, loads of space and loungers and grass and shade if you want it (but I don't) and we all spent some glorious hours just floating about in the water.

It always seems to take quite a bit of walking in an unfamiliar town, to find the right kind of place to eat and we did eventually, and we even managed an evening excursion too.

The Monastery is brilliant. A great place to stay. :-). Only spotted one monk so far.
