The cabbage market
however we didn't see one. Although very hot there was a pleasant breeze which caused the market stall holders some problems. How wonderful to see punnets like this without the wrapping.
We met with a friend and her beautiful baby son aged 6 months. She has lived in Brunö for most of he life but John first came across her walking on Mull 17 years ago; she had a huge backpack, was alone in the middle of nowhere walking with a limp having slipped when in the hills. She planned to camp near Craignure ferry that night but it was raining and John brought her home. She has returned to Mull several times and we have threatened to visit Brunö to see her and take in the CZ moto GP race, the circuit is only a few miles from where she lives. It's taken 17 years to brave the summer heat....
The extra shows more of the market and the square, many stall holders had left by now, mostly fruit stalls left. We had a sandwich, cold drink and people watched.
