Mono Monday - texture

As I was about to start mixing up a batch of healthy granola today, all the varying textures caught my eye.  Rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, dry quinoa, hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut and slivered almonds.  Tossed with melted coconut oil and honey, some coconut sugar and vanilla then baked.

Breakfast tomorrow...greek yogurt with a sliced fresh nectarine, a handful of blueberries topped with home made granola that posed for a blip! :)
