if they are there like this one was, it was no contest - what a beauty !

It was N's Birthday today for which she had arranged that we all go out on a narrow boat along the Aylesbury Arm of the Grand Union Canal for 3 hours. A great time was had by all & there were a few bubbles flowing & corks popping !.

Before I got on board I spotted the Battle Barge (See Extra) the folks were selling their wares on the wharf in Aylesbury Town Centre - we talked but I didn't have time to stop as I was being called. Not before I got them to pose for a shot or two however .......

The other extra is of R N & Z on the boat - Happy Birthday Nicola !

Fine morning bur it rained like stink whilst we were on the boat when we go off it was fine again.

Remembering all those who gave their lives for King & country in Passchendaele, Belgium  100 years ago......
