Silves Fortress

One of the Algarve's top attractions is just 30 minutes drive away, so we went to see Silves today. This former Moorish capital is cobblestone picturesque and is topped by a pretty complete castle with great views. We happened upon this display of hawk flying which rather captured the magnificence of the place.
